1. General Terms

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

Another example: on a deposit of ৳32,000, the bonus is capped at ৳15,000 — giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse bonuses, claim bonuses through multiple accounts, or use any other fraudulent method will result in the relevant bonus being cancelled and the account may be suspended.

5.4 VIP Program

The dakha7 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers weekly cashback benefits — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.8% at Gold, and 1.0% at Platinum. The conditions and process for advancing to a higher tier are at dakha7's discretion.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

dakha7 operates on a fair play policy. Our games are provided by certified game software providers and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The outcome of every game is entirely random and not predetermined.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed on the relevant game page. dakha7 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.3 Technical Errors

If the result of any game is affected by a technical error in the server or software, dakha7 reserves the right to void that round and refund the wager. If a software error incorrectly displays a winning amount, dakha7 is not obligated to pay it.
